This 35.5-hour Construction Safety and Health Specialist training program addresses essential safety topics for construction workers, equipping participants with the knowledge needed to enhance workplace safety and ensure compliance. The course covers key areas, including an Introduction to OSHA to understand its role and regulations, Fall Protection in Construction to learn strategies for preventing falls, and the OSHA Focus Four Hazards to identify and mitigate common risks such as electrocution and struck-by incidents. Participants will also gain insights into Heat Stress Management and Prevention, explore safety practices for Excavation and Trenching, and learn essential principles of Scaffold Inspection and Safety.
