Course Description

This comprehensive 14.5-hour training program, titled Healthcare Safety and Health Specialist, is designed for healthcare workers to enhance workplace awareness and preparedness through essential safety and compliance topics. Participants will engage in Cyber Security Awareness Training to identify and mitigate cyber threats, HIPAA Privacy Training to understand patient privacy regulations, and an Introduction to Basic CPR & AED Training to acquire vital life-saving skills. Additionally, the course covers the Bloodborne Pathogens Program to recognize and protect against associated risks, strategies for Preventing Slips, Trips, and Falls, and Office Safety and Hazard Awareness to explore relevant safety protocols. Ultimately, this program empowers participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster a safer and more secure workplace.
