Who We Are
Dr. O’Neil G. Blake MS., MBA., MSc, CSP., ASP., CSHM., CSMP., MRSA.
Safety Result Professionals was founded by Dr. O’Neil G. Blake in 2012. O’Neil has over 25 years’ experience in occupational safety and health and earned a MS degree from Columbia Southern University in Occupational Safety and Health/Environmental Management, a MS degree in Public Safety/Emergency Management from Capella University, an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and a Doctorate degree in Emergency Management from Capella University. In addition, to the graduate degrees, he earned from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals the esteemed Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification and the prestigious Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential which is recognized as the gold standard of the safety, health, and environmental industry. O’Neil also holds two other certifications: The Certified Safety and Health Manager designation (CSHM) and the Certified Safety Management Practitioner (CSMP) credential from the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management. He is certified as an instructor to teach the following courses: Defensive driving, Powered Industrial Trucks (forklifts), CPR/AED, and First Aid and Aerial Work Platform (AWP). He has written an academic peer reviewed article titled: “Identifying Strategies for Lessening Hydrological Disaster Vulnerability: A Case Study” published in the International Journal of Disaster Response and Emergency Management (IJDREM). https://www.igi-global.com/article/identifying-strategies-for-lessening-hydrological-disaster-vulnerability/324058. O’Neil has also written two safety programs, the Safety of Excellence Program and Safety 20/20 that have won national awards from the National Association of Counties (NACO). He works as a Senior Safety Training Supervisor for a county in the South Atlantic Region of the United States and consults as a Safety Manager for a private industrial waste company in the same region.
Tamica C. Rankine MS, BA.
Tamica C. Rankine is a highly skilled healthcare professional with over 12 years of experience in the industry. She holds a Master of Science degree in Health Administration from Capella University, and Bachelor of Arts degree from London Metropolitan University. Both her degrees and experiences have equipped her with the knowledge and expertise to excel in her field. Throughout her career, Tamica has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices. Her areas of expertise include healthcare administration, healthcare policy, patient care, and healthcare management. Tamica is a natural leader who is passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. She is known for her excellent communication skills, her ability to work well under pressure, and her commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals. Ms. Rankine is a problem solver who is always looking for innovative solutions to complex healthcare challenges. She is skilled in strategic planning, training, budgeting, and resource allocation, and is-able to balance the needs of patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
